ED & OP audio has been lightly cleaned because it was horrible period. Other than that, video quality is as per the DVD which is shitty. It's a little better than the upscaled version aired on TV but don't expect miraculous changes because Deen's mastering contract was obviously lost at some point, and they got the Janitor to do it instead. There won't be a Blu-Ray release of this so this is the best it is ever going to look. OP is segment linked, so is required to be in the same directory as the episodes to view it.
